Due to the weather all activities downtown Wiscasset on Saturday, Oct. 17th have been cancelled!
Scarecrowfest 2020!


Please join the Wiscasset Parks and Recreation Department in partnership with the Wiscasset Area Chamber of Commerce during our annual fall festival! There is sure to be something fun for everyone during this full week of fun for our community.

Starting Saturday, October 10th and running through Sunday, October 18th  See schedule ( link below) for more details.

All week - Scarecrow Scavenger hunt! Find the Scarecrow hidden at local businesses. Follow Wiscasset Parks & Recreation on Facebook for daily hints on where the scarecrows are hiding! Take a photo and send it to WPRD via Facebook Messenger or email Chelsea at ctaylor@wiscassetrec.com

October 10th-18th Scarecrow Display Competition on the Wiscasset Town Common for local businesses/groups. $15 for Wiscasset Area Chamber of Commerce members/ $20 for non-members. 

Saturday, October 10th
Vintage Car Show (Maine Obsolete Auto League) 2:00 - 4:00 pm
"The Salty Dogs" play live on the town common 3:00 - 6:00 pm 

Monday, October 12th
"Pie Day" Pie sales to benefit Wiscasset Beautification Committee

Thursday, October 15th
Walk Around Wiscasset 4:30 - 6:00 pm

Saturday, October 17th
"Touch a Truck" at WFD 10:00 - 2:00 pm
Youth Soccer Game Wiscasset vs. CLC at WMHS lower field 11:00 am
Scarecrow Building on the town common 11:00 - 2:00 pm
Scarecrow build $5 to leave it, $10 to take it home

Live Music with Gabe Tonon on the town common 11:00 - 2:00 pm
Chili & Chowder Challenge on Main Street 12:00 - 2:00 pm
$5 per registration

Sunday, October 18th
Cornhole Tournament to benefit Toys for Tots at Ames Supply 
Registration 10:00 am, Tournament begins 11:00 am
