• Full Day Camp Weeks are Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
• Week 1 Wednesday thru Friday and Week 3 Monday thru Wednesday
• Each week will include activities / trips that your child will enjoy. All trips are to be determined based on what is available and/or open.
• Daily Events include Outdoor and indoor games, crafts, field trips, swimming and quiet play.
• Free Breakfast & Lunch

• Rates for all 10 weeks: WCC Members $1610; Community Partner / Residents $1748; Standard $1886
• Weekly rates (1 - 10) are WCC Members $195/wk; CP/Residents $210/wk; Standard $225/wk
• Weekly rates for Week 1 & Week 3 (3 day weeks) are WCC Members $117/wk; CP/Residents $126/wk; Standard $135/wk
• Daily rates are WCC Members $55/day; CP/Residents $60/day; Standard $65/day
• SIBLING RATES AVAILABLE - MUST HAVE 1 CHILD REGISTERED FOR SUMMER DAY CAMP TO BE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER ANOTHER CHILD AT THE SIBLING RATE!!!
• Sibling rates Per Additional Child for all 10 weeks: WCC Members $1380; CP/Residents $1518 Standard $1656
• Sibling weekly rates (1 - 10) Per Additional Child are WCC Members $165 CP/Residents $180; Standard $195
• Sibling Weekly rates per Additional Child for Weeks 1 & 3 are reduced rates at WCC Members $99/wk; CP/Residents $108/wk; Standard $117/wk
• Sibling daily rates are per additional child -WCC Members $45/day; CP/Residents $50/day; Standard $55/day
• Payment plans are available (all arrangements need to be made with Kristy Lincoln or Bonnie Blagdon at the front desk).
• Payment plans can start ASAP, plans can be paid in installments. Installments can be paid at any time as long as paid in full by the dates your child is registered to attend camp.
• ALL DAY CAMP BALANCES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY THE DATES YOUR CHILD IS REGISTERED TO ATTEND!
• Scholarship applications will be available with a deadline to be determined.

Please discuss any special medical and or behavioral conditions or concerns we should know about with our Director, Kristy Lincoln, before signing your child up for this summer program, as well as the appropriate care and treatment necessary to accommodate your child.

We will do everything possible to help you provide your child with a great summer experience.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide the service of one-on-one supervision if that is needed to safely accommodate your child.

Please Print the 2024 Registration Form below and bring on your child's first day of Camp. You can also pick up a Registration form at the WCC front desk. There will also be the last page of the Parent/Camper Handbook that needs to be signed and returned to Kristy acknowledging receiving and understanding the Handbook.
