Softball/Baseball Skills Clinics
FREE! | Ages 8 – 18 | Saturdays March 19th - April 2nd
at Wiscasset Middle High School (gymnasium)
Baseball 8:30 – 10:30 am | Softball 10:30 – 12:00 pm

Wiscasset Parks and Recreation is offering three week softball/baseball clinics to enhance the overall skills of our players (Recreation, Junior High & High School Athletes) moving forward into the upcoming spring season. Volunteer coaches will be instructing this pre-season opportunity.
Pitching: Throwing techniques, learning how to throw different pitches
Catching: Catching techniques, positioning behind the plate, throwing to the bases, calling pitches
Fielding: Learning how to properly field, catch and throw from multiple positions in the field of play.
Batting: Learning a proper stance at the plate, how to bunt, slap bunt and proper swing of the bat.
